Notification filters details

The notification filters can be applied to send only specific notifications based on defined filters, for instance, if you want to get notifications when an order is completed with a particular gateway, a product is digital, or their brand is Premium you can set up all those filters.

The filters will depend of the current notification event, for example the Order completed notification will have almost every filter shown in the drawer, on the other hand the Customer created notification will only have the General section of the filters available.

If a field is left empty that filter will be not considered when the notifications are sent.

General

Applies for all events.

  1. Sources (all events): The source of the event, you can choose Admin, Shop and/or Funnel.

  2. Funnel (all events): The funnel that trigger an event, you can only choose one.

  3. Page (all events): Filter by a page that trigger the event, only the pages that belongs to the funnel selected previously will appear here, you can only choose one.

Payment methods and Gateways

Applies for the following events:

  • Order completed.

  • Approved transaction.

  • Transaction declined.

  • Shipping tracking info updated.

  • Refund applied.

  1. Gateways: Gateway of the orders, you can choose one or more.
