Notification filters details

The notification filters can be applied to filter the notifications, if a field is leaved empty means that filter will be not considered for filter the notifications.

These filters will depend of the current notification event, for example the Order completed notification will have almost every filter shown in the drawer, on the other hand the Customer created notification will only have the General section of the filters available.

General

  1. Sources: The source of the notification, can choose Admin, Shop and/or Funnel.

  2. Funnel

  3. Page: Filter by page, depends on the funnel chosen.

Payment methods and Gateways

  1. Gateways: Gateway of the orders, can choose one or more.

  2. Recurrent payments: Enable or disable the recurrent payments (subscriptions).

Products

  1. Types: Can be physical, digital or both.

  2. Products: Products in specific, can choose one or more.

  3. Shop categories: The categories of the products, can choose one or more.

  4. Brands: The brands of the products, can choose one or more.

Offers

  1. Offers: Can choose specifically one or more offer in the order.

  2. Brands: The brand or brands for the offers.

Monetary values

  1. Greater than: Filter to get only notifications where the value is greater than the value given.

  2. Equals: Filter to get only notifications where the value is equals to the value given.

  3. Less than: Filter to get only notifications where the value is less than the value given.

Shipping providers

  1. Carriers: Filter notifications where the carriers match the ones selected in this filter.

Refund reasons

  1. Refunds: Filter notifications where the reasons to refund are the selected here.
