Purpose:

The purpose of this walkthrough is to help you set up an email, with your logo that will be communicated to your customer when they make a purchase or when you send them any notification via email.

Pre Requisites:

  • Company Logo

  • Customer service email address

  • Telephone where to be contacted

The most common emails you will use are Welcome and Receipt, but as you can see there are many you can utilize for your customers. 

  • On the left side menu click Settings and then click Email Communication

  • We will start with the Welcome email, scroll down to Other and click the builder tool for the welcome email.

  • Once here, a new tab will appear and this is where you can build the email.

  • Each section of the email is customizable but using the editor tool in the right corner of each section

  1. Each icon performs different action:

    • Move tool 

    • Paint brush 

      • Text editor, with optional CSS coding 

    • Duplicate/copy 

    • Delete

  • At the top of the screen you can preview your email on tablet and mobile by switching between these icons to see:

  • Preview the email by clicking the eye icon

  • You also have editing options under this drop down

  • Here you can see there are options for: 

  • SEO, Social, and Metatags

  • Adding additional banners, pop ups, and more

  • You also have coding options through CSS as well as JS here 

  • Once you are happy with your email, you can navigate to the top right and:

Save 

Save as Draft 

And Publish

  • As you can see there are plenty of ways to customize your emails with easy-to-use features!
