Purpose:
This walkthrough aims to help you set up your Retention Science Integration
Pre Requisites:
WF account
API Key
List
Click on Integrations on the left side menu. Here you can view all your current integrations.
Click the blue plus sign to add additional integrations.
Click Configure under Retention Science
You can see here you will need a Key and List
For the Key: You will need to contact Retention Science support, they will provide you the API key.
For the List: Log in into your Retention Science account
Click on Audience
Click on Segments
Scroll down to the bottom, in the Your Segments section, you will find a table with list and segments, you must copy the name of any list (the list are the ones with the word List in the Type column).
Note: If you don’t have a list you need to create one, you can do this by clicking on Upload and following the instructions through Retention Science.
Finally paste the list name into the WebForce and click on Save.
This integration is now complete!
