Condition/Block an offer to be purchased

If you want to set a condition for a purchase, such as requiring a customer to have previously purchased another product or offer, follow these steps. By default, offers do not have any conditions.

  • Go to the edit view of your offer.

  • Click on the Blocks menu.

  • Click on the plus button.

  • Select the block type to add an offer or product, then select the offer or product.

  • Click on Save.

  • You can also remove a previously added block by clicking the X icon.

As you can appreciate in the alert message on the top of the index view, the customer only needs to have at least a purchase of one of the items listed.
