Purpose:

The purpose of this document is to assist you in connecting your ActiveCampaign account to your Thiio account. This integration allows you to synchronize data between the two platforms, enabling efficient marketing automation and customer relationship management.

 

Pre Requisites:

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • Thiio Account: Access to your Thiio account.

  • ActiveCampaign Account: Access to your ActiveCampaign account with administrator privileges.

 

Step-by-Step Integration Guide

Step 1: Access Your ActiveCampaign API Credentials

  1. Log In to ActiveCampaign:

    • Navigate to ActiveCampaign Login and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to Settings:

    • In the bottom-left corner of the dashboard, click on the Settings gear icon.

  3. Select the Developer Tab:

    • In the Settings menu that appears, click on Developer from the list.

  4. Locate Your API URL and API Key:

    • Under the Developer Settings, you'll find your API Access information.

    • The API URL and API Key are displayed here.

Step 2: Connect ActiveCampaign with Thiio

  1. Log In to Thiio:

    • Open a new browser tab and log in to your Thiio account.

  2. Navigate to Integrations:

    • In the left-hand menu of your Thiio dashboard, click on Integrations.

       

  3. Add a New Integration:

    • Click the blue + (plus) button located at the bottom-right corner of the Integrations page.

  4. Search for ActiveCampaign:

    • In the search bar, type ActiveCampaign.

    • Select ActiveCampaign from the list of available integrations.

  5. Configure the Integration:

    • Click the blue Configure button next to ActiveCampaign.

  6. Enter Your API Credentials:

    • API URL:

      • Go back to your ActiveCampaign account.

      • Click the Copy button next to the API URL.

      • Return to Thiio and paste the URL into the URL field.

    • API Key:

      • In ActiveCampaign, click the Copy button next to the API Key.

      • Paste the API Key into the Key field in Thiio.

  7. Save the Integration:

    • After entering both the API URL and API Key, click the Save button in the top right corner.
