Retrying a Failed Ultracart Order in Thiio

Purpose

To assist you in identifying and retrying orders that failed due to Ultracart integration issues in Thiio.


 

Prerequisites

  • Thiio Account: Access with appropriate permissions.

  • Existing Failed Order: An order in Thiio that has a failed Ultracart integration status.


Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log In to Thiio and Access the Failed Order

  1. Log In to Thiio:

    • Open a new browser tab.

    • Navigate to the Thiio login page and sign in to your account.

  2. Navigate to Orders:

    • In the left-hand menu, click on Orders.

  3. Locate the Affected Order:

    • Use the search bar at the top to find the specific order by:

      • Order number

      • Customer name

      • Customer email

    • Click on the order to view its details.

  4. Access Notifications Detail:

    • In the order details pane, click on the Notifications tab.

  5. Identify the Failed Ultracart Integration:

    • Look for the Ultracart integration listed with a Failed status.

Step 2: Retry the Order

  1. Open the Retry Option:

    • To the right of the Failed status, click on the three vertical dots (⋮) to open additional options.

  2. Select Retry:

    • From the dropdown menu, click on Retry.

  3. Confirm Order Processing:

    1. The system will attempt to reprocess the order.

    2. If successful, the status will update accordingly.

  4. Handle Persistent Errors:

    1. If errors with the order persist and it does not go through, you will need to identify and resolve these issues before attempting to retry the order again.
