Purpose:

The purpose of this walkthrough is to help you  create a blocklist

 

Pre Requisites:

  • Email

  • IP address

 

  • Go into your Thiio Instance and navigate to “Settings”. Then click “Blocklist”

 

 

  • Click “Create Blocklist”

  • Once here, select what data point you want to block:

  • When you have all information entered make sure to toggle to “enabled” and “save”

  • For now this step will have to be done manually per blocked customer but in the future we hope to add a bulk upload feature

  • Email 

  • Ip address
