User Security Settings

The purpose of this walkthrough is to show you how to manage you personal security settings.

 

Pre Requisites:

  • An Employee Account

 

Access to the Thiio CRM using your credentials

Once you have logged in, go to your personal settings menu and click Security button.

Now you will se a panel with two tabs, the first one allow you to change your password and the second one you will find the two step verifications settings.

 

1.- Change Password

In this tab you can set a new password for your user, you need to provide the current and new password.

2.- Two-step Verification

Prevent hackers from accessing your account with an additional layer of security. When you sign in, two-step verification helps make sure your personal information stays private, safe and secure. In addition to your password, two-step verification adds a quick second step to verify that it’s you.

 

To enable it, just click the switch. After that, you will see a green message that means it has been successfully enabled.

Two-step Verification

The next time you try to access the system, you will need to log in as usual. Then you will be redirected to an additional page where you will be asked to enter a 6-digit code that was sent to your email. Please note that this code is only valid for the next 5 minutes.

 

If when entering the code you receive a message that it has expired, you must request a new one by clicking the Resend button.

Once the code is entered and is valid, you will be redirected to the system.
