Synchronizing Customers Between Shopify and Thiio

Purpose

This guide will walk you through the process of synchronizing customers registered in Shopify with your Thiio solution. It includes steps to initiate customer synchronization.

Prerequisites

Before starting the synchronization process, ensure the following:

• Existing Shopify Integration: You must have the required API integration for Shopify created with the appropriate API access.

  • If you do not have this established follow this document How to set up Shopify Integration

• Admin Access in Thiio: Ensure you have administrative access to both Shopify and Thiio to configure synchronization settings.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Syncing Products from Shopify to Thiio

1. Once API permissions are set, go to your Thiio system.

2. Navigate to the Integrations section.

   Open

   

3. Locate your Shopify integration and click on configure.

   Open

   

4. Locate and click the Sync option using the navigation arrow at the top of the drawer..

5. Scroll down to the Customers section.

6. Click the blue Sync button.

    

7. Wait for the synchronization process to complete.

   • Upon completion, you will receive a notification confirming the sync status.

     • You will note that there will be a displayed last sync time stamp at the bottom of the section.
